Sample Goods Policy
Factorial ventures provides sample goods free of cost for its existing clients all round the world along with the courier charge if samples are requested by a new company we are happy to send free of cost but the new client need to pay full courier charges you may also give your DHL or FedEx account number for freight collection.

We are confident enough that you will be well satisfied with our workmanship.

Shipments Policy
Factorial ventures are well known to its honorable clients for its timely shipments. We use three modes of shipments for the delivery of orders in hand.

By Sea (Takes 30 to 35 days to reach port of destination)
Air cargo (Takes 7 to 10 days)
For small orders we use DHL courier services. We may also use FedEx, UPS on request.

Payment policy
Factorial ventures receive all its payments on advance basis before being with the ordered goods.

Mode of Payments
Following are the available modes of payments.L/C (Irrevocable)
T/T Advance wire transfer.

For Orders less then 500 $ payments are received by Western union.

Returns and exchange policy

Once goods received and if there is any kind of dissatisfaction,
Please return them within 15 days of receipt of goods in its original packing.
